KUMORI is an organic, cloud-shaped pendant light inspired by Japandi and wabi-sabi interiors. Its textured white shade and E27 fitting suit dining and living spaces.
Key features
Imagine a suspended cloud bringing Japanese serenity into your space: KUMORI (cloudy in Japanese) is a pendant lamp that celebrates the beauty of imperfection according to the wabi-sabi philosophy. Its soft organic shape – almost sculpted by the wind, almost a floating cotton ball – creates a focal point that softens the atmosphere and captures guests' attention even before it's lit.
Materials & finishes
Lampshade made of high-quality resin with a handcrafted three-dimensional texture reminiscent of the irregular surface of natural stone or ceramics shaped by hand by a master artisan. The matte white finish – pure as fresh snow, soft as silk – diffuses light delicately and evenly, eliminating glare and creating that intimacy that makes every space a sanctuary. An adjustable white fabric cable and a coordinated ceiling rose complete a design intended to transcend trends and remain timeless. Universal E27 fitting, compatible with dimmable LED, CFL or incandescent bulbs (not included).
Dimensions & specifications
Lampshade height: 28cm / 11in; Maximum diameter: 40cm / 15.7in; Irregular organic shape with three-dimensional texture; Lightweight for easy installation; Height-adjustable cable to suit ceilings from 2.40m to 3.50m.
Installation & use
Semi-flush ceiling mount with fixed electrical wiring (hard-wired) to the 220V mains. Requires direct connection to the electrical system: we recommend intervention by a qualified electrician to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and perfect height adjustment. The lightweight lampshade facilitates installation without compromising stability. The final result repays every attention: a lamp that seems to float like a cloud.
Care
KUMORI is designed for effortless beauty, embracing the Japanese philosophy of less is more. Always turn off the power before cleaning. Gently wipe the textured surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents that could alter the matte finish.
What's included
1 KUMORI lampshade in textured matte white finish, adjustable cable with coordinated ceiling rose, complete mounting kit, illustrated installation instructions. E27 bulb not included – we recommend dimmable 8-12W warm light (2700K) LED for optimal results and maximum energy savings.
