These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of products through this website (the “Website”), owned and operated by Giada Volpin, an individual seller based in Italy, Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale): VLPGDI97H68H620K (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.


1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all sales of products concluded through the Website with both consumers and business customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Product Information

All products displayed on the Website are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, dimensions, finish, or other characteristics may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings. Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual representation.


3. Prices and Payments

All prices are indicated on the Website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during the checkout process.

VAT‑Pending Status: The Seller operates as an individual without VAT number at this stage. Where required by law, VAT will be charged and displayed once the Seller becomes VAT‑registered.

Payments may be made using the methods listed at checkout. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in the event of suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or manifest pricing errors.


4. Order Acceptance and Processing

An order shall be deemed accepted only upon successful receipt of payment. The Seller reserves the right, at his/her sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse or cancel any order due to business strategy, business decision, supplier decision, unexpected costs, stock unavailability, supplier issues, incorrect customer information, suspected fraud, or other lawful grounds, without incurring any liability.


5. Shipping and Delivery

We may collaborate with suppliers with their operations based outside of national borders. Delivery times indicated on the Website are estimates only and may vary considerably due to destination, logistics providers, customs clearance, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers must inspect the product and its packaging immediately upon receipt and notify the Seller in writing of any visible defects or damages within forty‑eight (48) hours.


6. Right of Withdrawal — European Union Consumers Only

Pursuant to applicable European Union consumer protection laws, consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify in writing and in a clear way to the Seller within the above period. The products must be returned without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the withdrawal notice is sent.

Returned products must be intact, unused, uninstalled, unassembled, and handled only to the extent strictly necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, with all original accessories, instructions, labels, and original packaging included and in perfect conditions.

Any use exceeding basic verification, including installation, mounting, prolonged use, damaging or functional exploitation, may result in the partial of complete loss of the right to a refund and may lead to a proportional reduction or total refusal of the refund.

If the returned product is damaged, altered, missing parts, improperly packaged, installed, mounted, or used, the return may be rejected or refunded only partially based on depreciation.

The absence of original packaging, visible wear, misuse, installation traces, or incomplete returns may result in a reduction or complete refusal of the refund.

Unless the return is due to defective or incorrect goods, all return shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer. Refunds are processed only after the returned goods have been received, inspected, and approved.

Mandatory Return Instructions: Customers must not ship any return without written authorization and specific instructions from the Seller. In case the Customer is in charge of covering the return shipping costs, all returns must be shipped via a reliable, trackable carrier. The Seller is not responsible for untracked or lost return shipments and cannot ensure received otherwise. Refunds are issued only after physical receipt of the returned goods is confirmed.

Products purchased during promotional campaigns or at a discounted price remain subject to mandatory EU withdrawal rights; however, refunds are calculated exclusively on the price actually paid.

Statutory withdrawal rights apply exclusively to EU consumers. Customers outside the EU are not entitled to statutory withdrawal unless required by mandatory local law.


7. Returns and Refunds for Customers Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, no statutory right of withdrawal is granted. Any return or refund is offered solely at the Seller’s discretion, as a voluntary commercial policy, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Where an exception is granted, the Seller may require:

  • Photographic and/or video proof of defect or damage, including packaging condition;

  • The product to be returned intact, unused, uninstalled, unassembled, with original packaging;

  • All return shipping, customs duties, and import/export charges to be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible to document the packaging conditions before opening, after opening, and of the product before use, in case they want to request a refund, reimbursement, etc.

Discounted items may be excluded from refunds where permitted by law.

Defective or Incorrect Products (Worldwide)

In case of proven defect or material non‑conformity, customers worldwide may receive a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit, at the Seller’s discretion and according to applicable law.

Evidence must be provided within forty‑eight (48) hours from delivery. The Seller may request the return of the product unless prohibited by law. 


8. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Where legally permitted, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized goods;

  • Sealed hygiene goods once opened;

  • Perishable goods;

  • Digital content once accessed;

  • Installed, used, altered, or damaged products in any way;

  • Gift cards and downloadable software.


9. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Seller provides the statutory warranty required under Italian law. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.


10. Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supplier delays, logistic company delays, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or supply chain disruptions. The Seller cannot guarantee the delivery date, and the Customer acknowledges that the delivery date indicated on the website remains an estimation which can vary significantly as described above..


11. Dropshipping and Third‑Party Fulfillment

Products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by third‑party suppliers. The Seller does not physically store all products and is not responsible for logistical variations caused by third‑party partners and logistic partners , except where required by law.


12. Customs, Duties, and International Taxes

For non‑EU shipments, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


13. Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery, and Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Failed delivery due to incorrect address or refusal may result in reshipment fees, and in case the product is lost the customer may not be eligible for refunds. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.


14. Non‑Delivery and Lost Parcels

Investigations with carriers will be initiated where applicable. Refunds or replacements are issued only after confirmation of loss. The customer shall report the missed delivery or suspected loss of parcel within 14 days from the expected delivery date to request any refunds, if applicable.


15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks shall result in refunds and may result in permanent service refusal and reporting to payment providers.


16. Product Safety and Misuse Disclaimer

Products must be used as intended. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or unauthorized modification.


17. Review Transparency

Reviews may include feedback provided by customers and information shared directly with our partners and suppliers for illustrative purposes. All reviews aim is to provide customers with a complete understanding of the product experience.


18. Intellectual Property

All Website content is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, texts, graphics, layouts, logos, trademarks, designs, photographs, videos, and any other materials displayed on the Website. Certain images, videos, and descriptive content may be provided by or licensed from third‑party suppliers, manufacturers, or commercial partners and remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Such materials are used solely for the lawful purpose of presenting and marketing the corresponding products. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, extraction, reuse, or exploitation of any Website content, whether owned by the Seller or by third parties, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.


19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The competent court is the court of the Seller’s domicile.


20. Amendments to These Terms

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with effect from publication on the Website.
